Basic White What Wonder Bread wants to be!  One sandwich loaf or 12 dinner rolls.  3.25

Cinnamon Raisin Basic white bread with golden raisins and a cinnamon sugar swirl. 3.50

Cheddar Add some sharp cheddar, a touch of cayenne and Dijon mustard– heavenly with ham or salami! 3.50

Cracked wheat Sturdy, moist whole wheat loaf with cracked wheat for crunch and flavor 3.50

Round Top Sourdough
(3 days notice, please) There’s no commercial yeast in this artisan sourdough loaf.  Slow cool rising gives it a great tangy flavor and the crunchy crust will remind you of San Francisco.  All white or part whole wheat for a little more crunch.. 3.25

Sourdough Rye Deli rye leavened with sourdough instead of commercial yeast.  Not too tangy, and the toast is divine!  3.50

French Batard or Baguette Just flour, yeast, water and salt, baked with a crispy crust and moist chewy interior.  Great base for goat cheese or toasted for bruschetta.   3.00

Deli Rye An artisan loaf– crusty, not too heavy, moist interior with a mild caraway rye flavor that pairs well with corned beef and swiss cheese or lunch meats. 3.50
Olive loaf Chewy yet tender artisan loaf with chopped kalamata olives kneaded throughout.   Paired with a fresh Caesar salad and grapes, you will feel like an emperor. A small loaf, but big on flavor. 3.75
 
California Loaf A torpedo shaped, wheat bread with Bob’s Red Mill 10 grain cereal mix, toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds plus California walnuts.  Lots of crunch and good for you, too.      4.50
 
Cream cheese braid Sweet tender dough braided around a tangy cream cheese filling,  topped with a confectioner’s sugar glaze and sprinkled with almonds.  Heaven!  About 18 inches long, with no guarantee for how many it serves, as everyone will want seconds.

Scones Each recipe makes anywhere from 8 giant triangles to 30 small bite-sized circles- just let me know you prefer them cut..
   
Cheddar bacon scones Half a pound of bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, a touch of green onion and freshly ground black pepper in a rich buttery biscuit make this a savory breakfast favorite.   18.00
 
Blueberry Lemon scones Big blueberries, freshly grated lemon peel, a buttery, flaky, moist interior with a crisp, sugar coated crust.     12.00

Crème Brulee French Toast
Casserole Rich buttery croissants or bread, a custard made with cream and egg yolks, raisins, pecans, cinnamon and lots of vanilla with a melted sugar topping.  Great warm or at room temp.  Serves 8-10

Buffalo Chip Cookies Giant oatmeal-coconut-pecan-chocolate chip cookies with the crunch of Rice Krispies.  One is plenty for any sweet tooth, but it’s really hard to resist another one and another one..   9.50/ dozen
